[FIRST NAME GOES HERE], Why Is Healthy Love So Scary After Heartbreak

Reader, sometimes heartbreak doesn’t make you afraid of love.

It makes you afraid of what love asks you to feel again.

After you’ve been hurt, healthy love can feel strangely unfamiliar.

There’s no guessing. No chasing. No wondering where you stand.

And when you’ve spent years associating love with uncertainty, peace can feel uncomfortable.

You may find yourself waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Looking for signs they’ll leave.

Questioning something that is actually going well.

Not because something is wrong.

But because a part of you is still trying to protect you from what happened before.

Healing is learning that unfamiliar doesn’t always mean unsafe.

Sometimes it simply means new.

Healthy love may not give your old wounds the intensity they became accustomed to.

It may give you something quieter.

Consistency. Honesty. Presence. Peace.

And at first, peace can feel almost too quiet.

But stay long enough to hear what it’s saying.

You don’t have to earn this love.
You don’t have to chase it.
You don’t have to lose yourself to keep it.

You’re allowed to let something good feel good.

Hey Reader, I know what it feels like to look at your own life and realize, I keep doing this to myself. To know the relationship isn’t right, but still struggle to let go. To overthink. Overgive. Hold on too long. To know better, but somehow still find yourself repeating the same patterns. I’ve been there. And that’s why I built Healing Your Attachment. Not because I think you need more information about attachment. But because I know what it feels like to desperately want to respond...

Maybe this is why you've been so exhausted. ↓ Have you ever felt exhausted... but not because you didn't get enough sleep?
